The Blu-ray version HD allows you to rediscover the film in all its brightness. The plastic housing is a little disappointing, despite a small delivered mainly devoted to Grace Kelly.. Sumptuously filmed, masterfully executed, this film, romantic and fast-paced and intense emotion, remains a work whose age has not weakened the power, and which still mark the memories. Faithful to the novel of Margaret Mitchell, it was the equivalent of "Titanic" in his time. Vivien Leigh is simply stupendous in the role of Scarlett O'hara, writing up perfectly the well-tempered character of this heroine to the determination disarming. His performance goes to the legend and the rest of the cast is equally remarkable. Some of the scenes such as the burning of Atlanta or the end, some replicas such as "I swear to God that I would have more hunger! " or "Frankly my dear this is the least of my worries" have lost none of their force. And what about the sublime music signed Max Steiner (King Kong, Casablanca, Helen of Troy), by which we enthrall during the entire duration of the film. Let's be clear, gone with the wind remains one of the best films, one of the greatest masterpieces the cinema has been able to offer us.. I would have thought that the product had more precision, even if this was not stated. The images missing from bold colors.
